Tom Harman, MD

Dr. Harman is an expert on pelvic pain and endometriosis. He specializes in minimally invasive gyn surgery of all kinds and infertility issues. Dr. Harman is one of the very few in the Morgantown area offering Laparoscopic Supracervical Hysterectomy. Laparoscopy is a minimally invasive procedure where the cervix remains intact and recovery is reduced to 6 days. He also offers a simple, 5 minute in-office procedure for the reduction of heavy menstrual bleeding with NovaSure and Thermachoice.

Dr. Tom Harman attended medical school at Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio and did his Obstetrical/Gynecological residency at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. He is board certified by the American College of OB-GYN and is a member of The Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons, The American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopy, The Endometriosis Association, The North American Society for the Psychosomatic Obstetrics and Gynecology and The American Medical Association. He is an Associate Professor of OB-GYN at West Virginia University and is on the staff of Ob-Gyn at Mon General Hospital in Morgantown, WV.
